This course will provide 100 hours of classroom theory and skills practice as well as 16 clinical hours of hands-on patient care. Students are trained in basic nursing assistant procedures, infection control, transferring and positioning of patients and assisting with activities of daily living.

CNA Application ($10.00 application fee)
Applicant must be at least 17 years of age
Provide Next Generation Accuplacer Reading test score
Immunization records (2 MMR vaccines)
TB Skin test
Influenza Vaccine
1 Reference (personal or work reference)
A Northwest Technical Institute Certified Nursing Assistant graduate is qualified for a variety of job positions, including:
